Not your regular beauty brand! Funny, friendly, engaging. Real, representative, human. A nail art brand that will become a concept in itself.
CLIENT PIMP MY NAILS
Pimp My Nails is a nail salon in Rotterdam focused on the art of acrylic nails. The salon in combination with their own products and training programmes, shape the brand: a brand by humans, for humans. This may sound obvious, but in a world full of manipulative social media and square eyes from staring at smartphones – connections between people, with true attention for each other, can be hard to find. The nail stylists of Pimp My Nails fulfil the role of the big sister, with a sympathetic ear, good advice, an infectious laugh and a sharp eye for detail. Humanity at its core!
Pimp My Nails wants to create a professional brand that stands out and does not mindlessly float along with the mainstream – out of the ordinary, sharp, real & raw, creative! The challenge is to find the right positioning for Pimp My Nails, making the brand a known concept in the world of acrylic nails.
We created a brand document to harmonize all different platforms and projects that belong to Pimp My Nails. This brand document contains a fully-fledged, three-dimensional Pimp My Nails character. A character that connects with her target group. We defined their mission, vision and core values as part of the branding. We wrote down how to translate the brand into written and visual content. We delved deeper in the customer journey of their target groups. Where do they go for inspiration or entertainment online? Where and what time will they find Pimp My Nails during their journey? We created a strategic report intended for the marketing team responsible for implementation.
We see every challenge like a collaboration. Your story. Our strategy
