Advance Insight helps ambitious SMEs within the health, energy, and agrifood sectors grow, scale, and increase their impact. Specialising in Odoo as the number one ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for SMEs, and implementing this system within the African context, they offer a wide variety of services for new or existing Odoo customers. From IT consulting services to help improve workflows and processes – to interim support with accounting, project management, impact monitoring (and more).
- Create a consistent brand story and develop the brand character into a strong and recognisable “mentor” archetype.
- Create core and supportive tonal values that radiate the brand voice matching the archetype and client preferences.
- Create assets designed to promote Advance Insight aligned with the new brand strategy and communicate consistently with the visual and verbal identity.
The first phase is to gain a deeper understanding of what the organisation and the team deals with on a daily basis. How does Advance Insight interact with its clients? Who does the brand primarily communicate with? And what impact does that have on the brand voice and brand elements that form the brand identity of Advance Insight?
Through group interviews with employees and MT, we gained insights into the company’s brand house. This formed the solid foundation to expand our research: from market research online to client interviews on location to test brand elements.
All the research results together helped us solidify Advance Insights’ brand identity in a brand book. The brand book helps the organisation align their communication in a consistent way, becoming a recognisable ‘mentor’ brand towards its audiences.
